Hi, dear support,
Is it possible to display posts in the block in the interval of a certain date, for example, posts from January 1 to March 1 or only for 2017?

Unfortunately the only available post sorting on blocks are the ones mentioned here – https://forum.tagdiv.com/block-settings-guide/ Additional sorting for the posts in blocks could be added in a future theme update, but I can not say fore sure if and when this will happen.
Maybe you can find a plugin through which you can add this functionality to the block element.
