Display restriction for visitors based on Author plan

I’m trying to change visibility of specific inner rows based on plan purchased by the listing subscriber, not visitors. I know about the “display restrictions” feature but I’m not sure how to use it in this situation.

This is my scenario:
1. Subscriber purchases paid or free plan to claim a listing.
2. If paid plan, make inner row VISIBLE TO ALL VISITORS
3. If free plan, make inner row INVISIBLE TO ALL VISITORS

So the visibility should be associated to the listing owner’s plan, not whether the visitors purchased a plan. I hope this makes sense.

Is this possible, if so please show how? If it is not possible, how can I go around this problem? Thanks
