Displaying ads and other codes via theme template

I have tried to add Adsense codes to my theme single post page but it doesn’t shot and the posts go blank without showing any error messages. How do I add the codes?

Also I wanted to add Twitter follow buttons to the top of my posts but everything goes blank. How do I resolve this as well?

Hello,
To add ads on all posts you can use Inline ads from Theme Customizer http://screencast.com/t/y1vM96N3 To create a spot ad go to Theme – Option.

For social sharing you can use some plugins if you want, there are a lot on WordPress
