Displaying related posts from specific categories

Hi,

I need to add 2 ‘do shortcodes’ to my single templates:

1 – One to show related posts from current category AND ‘ID:67’ category (not OR).
2 – One to show related posts from the PARENT of current category AND ALSO ‘ID:67’ category (not OR).

Can you help please?
