Hello,

I’ve installed Disqus onto the theme and it works great expect the comment count.

I found this page showing you how to add it: http://help.disqus.com/customer/portal/articles/565624-tightening-your-disqus-integration , do you know what the theme’s shortname for comments? Or is there an easier way to update it, so it shows how many comments on posts?

*I’ve installed Disqus onto the theme and it works great except the comment count. (Sorry auto correct on the phone).

Is there anyway to change the code in the Theme Settings, or would i need to do it via FTP? If so, what file would i be looking for to change? (.php? line no.?)

Hi,
The theme work with disqus comment and also the comment number works. But the update is not in real-time. Take !10 minutes to update the counter.

I’ve had to add JavaScript in the bottom for it to work successfully.

@Gee95 I know that this is an old topic, but will you please go step-for-step with how you got the comment counter to work?

I just installed Disqus and I want to be sure I know exactly how to solve the issue.

TagDiv, if any one of you are around, I’d love to hear your suggestions as well. 🙂

for me comment count just works … no extra work needed …

Mine doesn’t. I’m still using version 3.2. Maybe there are some incompatibility issues?
