Disqus is not updating the comments count

The comments count in the Newspaper theme was working with Disqus in the previous versions of the Newspaper Theme. I upgraded and now the comment counts are not showing how many comments are on the articles.

Example:
https://www.vrfitnessinsider.com/new-releases-this-week-in-vr-fitness-games-4-30-18/#comment-3890961416

Comment count at top of the page shows zero. Disqus has 2 comments…

How can I fix this?

Sorry but please notice that section does not come from our theme -> https://www.screencast.com/t/RMSRs4sDGsM1 We cannot provide any support for untested plugins, sorry! You should remove it and use the default WordPress functionality regarding on this section.
