I have been using Disuqs commenting system on my blog. However, I came across that after enabling this theme, disqus or default wordpress commenting system is not coming at the end of post after similar articles.
I have checked all the disques and wordpress comment settings.

May I ask how you solved it? I have the same problem, THe comments on my pages still appear, but they are gone on the posts.

In your wordpress blog admin, go to Settings -> Discussion, under “Default article settings” uncheck “Allow people to post comments on new articles” and save changes. Now enable “Allow people to post comments on new articles” and save changes again.
Now to go to Posts -> quick edit posts (on which comments disappeared) check mark “Allow Comments”
It will fix your problem.
how you put your logo in the small size in upper left corner ?
I used 150×50 size logo..
