Please provide your website URL so I can inspect it closer and also, you can provide some useful screenshots in this regard, so I can identify the problem. First of all, please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins.

I guess that you are using some plugin for your Disqus with this functionality because our theme does not have this -> http://screencast.com/t/jsSjbbeyA7mp I have tested on my site, without any plugins and the comment area title is there. Please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and check the results.

That is the Disqus plugin.
I think you’re not understandig what I want. I’m not saying there is some kind of bug with the theme. The Disqus plugin removes the Comment Area title. That is a fact. I simply want the Comment Area title to appear.
How do I make that happen?

Unfortunately, this type of plugin is not tested with our theme and it could be possible to create this issue. So, please try to disable it, clear all your caches and check the results. Please notice that we cannot provide support for untested plugins, sorry!

Unfortunately it cannot be made to show up as the default entry for the comment title to show up is having 1 comment. this is the way it’s being coded. It is not hidden with css but rather it is a condition added in the code for it. you can force it to appear if you want but it will look strange as it will show 1 comment even though there are none like so: https://www.screencast.com/t/b13lqLbqO
