Is look that you have a code from cache that is apply https://prnt.sc/w7ndki normal if you clear all check everything should be normal.
Also you can use this custom css https://i.imgur.com/mbMNJwK.png –

padding-left: 0;
}
The code need to be set in theme panel> custom code. advance css> phone
