Can someone please help me kill this class with fire??

This is not the social sharing in the main theme options. It is giving me a “Please follow us:” before and after each article excerpt.
I can’t find this one anywhere. I’ve been sifting through code to manually delete it… but I can’t find it.
Anyone?
