We have a layout with ONE inner row and 12 Elements.
How can we divide this layout to set of 6 inner rows
of sets of 2 inner columns 2 elements.

The only options available in order to divide it are the ones shown above. You can set another layout as I shown in the picture above. You will have to edit the entire ROW and inner ROW in order to achieve 6 columns.
