As of now I am using some other theme, I want to migrate it to Newspaper theme?
Hence, Do I need to install demo for using this theme after activating the Newspaper theme?

Hello,
You do not have to install a demo to use the theme. Demos are optional. You can use the theme with all of it’s features without a demo installed.
