I have a website with 3 versions, http://www.khaama.com, http://www.khaama.com/persian, http://www.khaama.com/pashto. Indeed it is one website in 3 languages, the main language is English which currently has a Newspaper theme, I still use the old theme for the two others. If I would like to use Newspaper for the other two, do I need to purchase new license or will the same license work as they are on the same domain?

The Envato license specifies that each item can be used on a single end product – https://themeforest.net/licenses/standard

If you use it on subdomains that are a part of your product or wp multisite, you could use the same key.
Using test platforms is allowed with the same Envato key.
