Please notice that you cannot change the structure of this very easy but only through code that involves custom work. If you want to change this default behaviour, you will have to alter the code from the td_config.php core file, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/RO3v2W1Ac2wq

I suppose that you are referring to the appearance of a flash when you enter on your website…firstly is loaded a style and then will appear another style, right? This behaviour appears when you have additional customization through custom CSS code and when you are using the speed booster. Please notice that the CSS working in cascade and the first time will take the code from style.css that is set it by default and then the theme will take the custom code that you have changed from Theme panel and practically this flash is generated by this cause. As a workaround, you have to check your style.css and try to add directly in this file your desired custom code.

If is not what you mean, please provide more details about what is happening and also, provide your website URL so I can inspect it closer.
