I have a problem with create page.

Beside, I want to do not display menu, header, and footer for page template.
My purpose is page = landing page.
How can I do it?

The screenshot you provided is from a custom post type, not the standard page. If you are missing options try looking in the screen options on top of the page, maybe there are unchecked elements

If you want ot hide the header an footer for a particular page you can try the solutions provided in these topics, and create a code based on the unique page Id

This is custom page type so it not has Page attribute as normal page.

The theme has not been tested with custom page types unfortunately, I have no solution to provide you in this case. Even if you would somehow make the fields to display they will not work properly. The page options are implemented to work only with the default page templates. I believe this would require complex customization to the theme if even possible.
