Does Click-Fraud Monitoring work with the Newspaper theme

Just wanted to find out if the Adsense Click-Fraud Monitoring works with the Newspaper theme. If it doesn’t can anyone recommended a similar plugin to prevent fraudulent ad clicks.

Unfortunately we have not tested this so I cannot say for sure if it will work or not. Maybe one of our users has a recommendation.
