On the category page, the first article does not show article preview, all article is there.
when I post a new article, I can not do a preview for my articles on the category page.
I want my article to be the preview and people can click “read more” to read this article.
Can somebody tell me what did I do wrong?

Here is talking about your the Chinese language. Most likely, the Excerpts for that modules has been set up by words and the theme does not recognize where exactly one Chinese word is finished and that’s why you bring that results. Try to change by letters from here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/Fd9QcfIRo9SZ Clear all the caches and check the results.
