Does the theme remove short words from slugs?

I’m noticing that the slugs on the site I am building with Newspaper is removing short words like for and the. Is this function of Newspaper? If so, is there a way to disable it.

Oh nevermind. I think I tracked down a plugin that was doing this. This post can be deleted.

Yoast SEO does that and has on/off option 🙂
