Hi
Website uses woocomemrce and normally sends emails to the customers when an item purchased and creates a user account, sends the password information mails. but when the user wants to reset their passwords, itdoesn’t send recovery email.
ALl of theSMTP configurations are ok because it allready sends mails. Only recovery password mails have this issue. You can try it.
