Too many problems with their themes. They should double-check it before put on the market. They just got the money and ignore you.
It’s a complicated theme and I have had my share of issues with it but currently (*knocks on wood*) it’s running great, occasionally I get some small hiccups (sometimes with new updates) but often they are plugin related so it takes a lot of time to test before you find out. Those times however when I needed assistance the support here was great, it took some time for them to act but that’s understandable if you see how many issues are reported in this forum. You can’t expect instant support when you only pay 59dollar for a theme.
I use the newspaper theme, I love it and the support I get is fantastic. Sure not always directly (in hours) because they need to support a lot of questions. Take a look on this form how many questions per day…

Just a few things to clarify because you’ve mentioned my name here:
– You’ve provided one star rating for “The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.” error. I’ve explained the installation process.
– You asked 2 questions and I answered both (one was solved, for the other one I still needed some info).
