Don't have full writer options as administrator.

As an administrator, I have the options to change the color of my text, the font style, and a lot of more options : http://www.screencast.com/t/7jplvp5SVy

I made my Colleague administrator as well. But she doesn’t seem to have all the options : http://www.screencast.com/t/df1u2D36FoTc

How can I take care of this problem, so my Colleague will have the same options as me?
