For some reason I am getting TWO of the slider, which uses the ‘featured’ category. I’m not sure how I could have enabled two, but how do I go about fixing this?
I currently have the site hidden from the public as I don’t want them to see the editing taking place. If I need to send login info or a picture I will do so.

I have inspected your site and noticed that you use the “Homepage – bg – no article list” template and besides this you have also added a big slider to your page.
The template that you are using already adds a big slider to the page so you wont need to add another, that’s why you get two slider on page.
You can remove the slider you have added in order to fix this or you can use another template and add it yourself.

Thank you. I didn’t realize the options for the page template slider were on the bottom.
One more question. How to I get the “Homepage – bg – no article list” big slider to auto play after 2 seconds.
In the Big Slide that I accidentally added there was an option. But I don’t see one for the page template. Am I missing something?

You don’t have an option for this regarding the slider added with the “Homepage – bg” template.
Please add ,'autoplay' => '2' in page-homepage-slider.php like this: http://screencast.com/t/oF5riVtbZDdx
“2” represents the number of seconds.

I realized that I could create the effect I was looking for by creating it with Page Builder blks and using the Homepage Blank template. So it all worked out in the end.
