I am looking for download magazine after email optin functionality.
User should be able to download magazine once optin email is provided.

I should be able to add a new post with file upload on admin.
On frontend user should be able to see all posts related to category if the post has file uploaded we should show a download button.
Once user click on download button it should open a modal with a simple form to collect user email and submit.
Once optin is succesful user should be able to download file.
