Drafts shown in Search

Hello,
on my website drafts are shown in the (live) search. Can I change that?
F.ex.: https://rauf-und-davon.at/?s=test the first two results.

Hi Daniel,

Please let me know what are those, posts or cpt.
I did a test with draft post/page/cpt and those are not displayed in search results.
Also, did you install a plugin recently?

If you click on them you get a 404.
