Drop menu items in "More" not working anymore with Sticky Menu

Hello,
I have got a problem with te sticky menu items that won’t drop in “More” anymore…

In Pic 1 it’s fine even though I don’t understand why the menu doesn’t fill more of the page width and immediately adds items to More

I just did the rollback to 12.2 and now sticky menu works like a charm…
so this is a bug

I don’t want to be unpleasant, but can you read the whole thread before posting…
As mentionned on my previous message I did a rollback to 12.2 and indeed it works…
The problem is with version 12.3 and later…

Hi,

I think the problem is caused by a plugin for cache which optimizes the CSS and js.
Can you force refresh the page(https://fabricdigital.co.nz/blog/how-to-hard-refresh-your-browser-and-clear-cache) and purge the all cache?

Hello

I tried to purge all caches and make a hard refresh…
I even tried to use Hide my ass, a proxy web to navigate on my site and the problem is still there with 12.3.1

I reinstalled 12.3.1 on my site so you can experience the problem yourself…

I would like to take a look and see what can be done there using the version 12.3.1 Please make a full backup to all files and contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the following:
–wp-admin URL and credentials
-FTP/cPanel URL and credentials
– a link to this topic in order to identify you
Also, during the investigation know that we will disable the other non tagDiv plugins.

I’ll do that but I have a few questions :
– will the put back the site in the state it was before disabling plugins
– will the site stay without the plugins for long ?

The plugins will be disabled for a few minutes until the problem is investigated, then everything will be left in the state it was when access to the site was received.

Hi,

You can do a test using a staging website and install the RC version 12.4, click check update select from here -> https://i.imgur.com/qHdv9CK.png , and check if it works.
