Dropcaps Box default font size changing problem

Hi,
I use the Newspaper 8 theme. When I define a specific field in a content as “Dropcaps-Box”, the default font is 38pt. I am staying at this value every time I have to change it to 12pt. Moreover, there is a lot of space between the lines, which creates an unpleasant image. Even if I change “Font size” from “Theme Fonts> Other> Dropcap” on the theme panel, there is no change. I’m cleaning the catch, it’s not a change.

Is there an easy way to do this without editing the styles file?

Hi Catalin,

When I apply “Dropcaps Box” it happens like this;

when I change “font size” to 12, it looks like this;

there is too much space between the lines as shown in the above screen.

Hi,

The font size for the dropcap can be changed in the theme panel, like you mentioned. You will have to modify the line height as well, for the results you want
