Drope down menu

Hi,
Is there a drop down menu which displays pictures as well for the newsmag theme Which I can Use at the top there is just a basic menu I can find at the moment.

I found this website has it on the forum http://www.thegardentimes.com/shop/ that’s how I want my drop down menu for my categories, so it shows pictures of post on the dropdown menu.
