Duplicate "Featured" Category

Hi, folks
not sure if you have a function to enable a “Featured” category on install (e.g., create a Featured category for posts); but since we already had a Featured category, we ended up with a second one, which I think happened once before. So, we ended up with Featured, Featured-2 slugs. Easy to delete, but I only noticed it post 2.1 update today when going to post something as “featured.” Not sure if it’s something I missed (possible, but not likely in this case) – or if your function doesn’t pre-check for an existing Featured category/slug before making one.

No biggie, just not sure where that second “Featured” came from, hence the note.

Hello,

the theme creates the Featured category on install. That category is used for featured posts. I’m thinking to change this system and add a custom meta field for this if it’s possible.
