I have recently purchased a theme (News Paper) from you. my domain name is https://maritime-news.com
When I syndicate articles using CyberSEO and a post is generated it automatically creates multiple image sizes which is too heavy for our system. Please see the image attached 
and help me with the fix.

The images are cropped automatically for the blocks, that’s why you can disable the thumbs you are not using. Set up your thumbs from Newspaper -> Theme panel -> Block settings -> Thumbs on modules/blocks. If you deactivate a dimension from there, next time when you will upload an image, it will not be resized to that dimension.
After changing the thumbnail sizes you need to regenerate your thumbnails using a plugin. Check this: https://forum.tagdiv.com/using-the-theme-with-existing-content/
