Amazing theme! I have a problem: I have checked my website with a SEO tool and it says me that I have many Page Titles and Meta Descriptions duplicated. The thing is that the theme is duplicating my Categories Titles and Meta descriptions like this:
http://domain.com/category1/?filter_by=popular7
http://domain.com/category1/?filter_by=review_high
http://domain.com/category1/?filter_by=popular
http://domain.com/category1/?filter_by=featured
http://domain.com/category1/?filter_by=random_posts
How can I fix this?

Use some plugin to set SEO meta description to avery page 😛
This is impossible to setup those filters with seo plugin.
With Yoast you can only setup meta for categories: http://domain.com/category1
This adress is not category, this is filter http://domain.com/category1/?filter_by=popular7
How to remove them?

Sorry but there is no seo plugin which will let you setup meta description or title to url’s with question mark. If you know one let me know please 🙂
Those url’s should have noindex tag in code, shpuldn’t be indexed by Google: http://domain.com/category1/?filter_by=popular7

Indeed the SEO plugins will not apply on links with parameters like these from your example, how you said the above examples/links an category filters, and the filters are parameters that will not work with SEO.
