I’m not sure I fully understand your issue. Can you provide some more details, screenshots, a link to your website?
Also, please do a test using only tagDiv plugins, clear all cache, and see if the problem persists.

Did you use WP Bakery? If yes, we strongly recommend using only one of those plugins with our theme (WP Bakery or tagDiv Cloud Library, but not both).
Did you make any changes to the theme files, introduce a code?

Have you checked for a plugin conflict? You will have to first start looking for a plugin conflict. please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Also, if made the test with extra plugins deactivate and the issue persists, you can contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin and cPanel access to investigate this issue.
Also, please make a full backup to all files and the database.
