Is it possible to have a two or three dynamic home pages settings in Newspaper theme that inter-changes with time t?

The theme does not have such an option. You can have only one unique homepage – https://forum.tagdiv.com/homepage-how-to-build-and-set-it/ that you can create with the help of the Visual composer editor. Maybe what you are looking for can be achieved through a plugin that switches between pages, if something like this exists but I can not make any recommendations in this matter. Also there are chances that some plugins may not be compatible with the theme.
