I need to use early access google fonts but do not want to make child-theme.
Because my site manager want to change font for menu/footer/top bar…etc in theme setting, as they don’t know css much.
So is any possible to support early access google fonts? or provide a setting for import google fonts?

If those can be downloaded you can upload them in the theme panel (up to 5 custom fonts)

The uploaded fonts will appear in the selection drop-down for each element. The requirement is that they be in woff format before uploading, as mentioned in the guide.

Yes, the font can be downloaded and set as custom fonts, but 5 custom fonts are not enough for use google fonts. As you know google fonts provide nine styles(100-900) and it will need several fonts.
For example, in Noto TC, it need 6 fonts for fulfill all style:

So if newspaper could support loading earlyaccess google font directly in the future, that will be great.
