Edge around block 14 like?

Look at the top section on my page. You see three pictures. How do I get a border around it in a color I choose?
I have tried as the edge shows only below. Thank you

Hi,

I think you meant the big grid at the top but you probably changed to a 5 image layout:)
The grid will show the row background in between the big grid so changing the row background will cause it to show different colors on the “borders” Unfortunately it will also show the padding around the element https://www.screencast.com/t/LhaeLFWK33n
