I just find that on Microsoft Edge Browser Drop down menu not working, is not clickable

This site https://www.sciencecover.com using the same menu and is working on Edge browser
Any ideas?

I checked your website in all browsers and it seems to work well. Also, the menu is working by hovering the items.
Please clear your cache (also from your browser) and try again.

I use edge as browser and the dropdown menus work.
