Edit Content hangs in Column Text element.

I am trying to insert a shortcode into a ‘Column Text’ but when I click ‘Edit Content’ it hangs with a never-ending spinning circle.

I looked at previous topics and checked all of the settings, deactivated all other plugins, tried different browsers.

When I look at Newspaper system status I see two yellow blocks
1. 1000 – the max_input_vars should be bigger than 2000, otherwise it can cause incomplete saves in the menu panel in WordPress.
BUT WHEN I LOOK IN THE C-PANEL IT IS SET TO 2000

2. WP Home URL i http://staging.northdallasgazette.com
WP Site URL i https://staging.northdallasgazette.com
Home URL – Site URL Home URL != Site URL Home URL not equal to Site URL, this may indicate a problem with your WordPress configuration.
BUT WHEN I LOOK IN WORDPRESS SETTINGS IT SAYS:
WordPress Address (URL) http://staging.northdallasgazette.com
Site Address (URL) http://staging.northdallasgazette.com

Everything else seems to be working fine.
