Edit content window never loads

Hello,

We are switching themes to a newspapper theme and have a problem. When we put any text element that has “Edit content” button the content window never fully loads. Here are the errors in the browser inspector window: https://prnt.sc/m5ckfq

There is only one plugin working besides themes and it is “contact form”. All other plugins are deactivated.

Wordpress is updated to the latest version. Server php version: 7.2.13

Let me know what options should we try?

Hi,

Make sure that you are using the latest version of the theme installed via FTP way, clear all the caches, purge CDN files. If the problem is still there, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further investigate it closer your setup page.

Hello,

theme version is 9.2.2. There is no cache plugins.
