In WP Bakery Builder, the page itself was available with custom CSS.

For the page itself only, you can add some custom CSS when you edit the page with the TagDiv Composer and use the element called RAW CSS. If you want to use the LIVE CSS, then the code for an element will appear on each page from your website where that element exist.
Please note that the WP Bakery has a conflict with the TagDiv Composer. Please use only one builder and not both.

RAW CSS is a shortcode/element: https://www.screencast.com/t/yi3uDpLdDd -> https://www.screencast.com/t/EjVkCjmN and you can place it in every cloud template or page. You can’t access the head with the TagDiv Composer.
