Edit multiple Pages or Posts based on a Template using TagDiv

I run an events business and we have created a lovely page template design that has many many sections and content. Each time we run an event we want to use that template, edit it with TagDiv, then publish. We cannot find a way of doing that without the template itself being modified. Are we doing something wrong or is this just not possible?
Thanks Ian

Hello!

Unfortunately, you can not create a page template and assign it as default for multiple pages. Each time you have to copy the page design and modify it.

Thank you!

OK good to know thanks.
Is it possible to create a new post template that is in effect my master event page. Then replicate this each time I have a new event but importantly, I would then like to edit the post using tagDiv? Without effecting the original master. Would this work plse or can you provide a workaround using Post?
Thx

Hello!

The only one solution could be the one I just explained earlier above.

Thank you for your understanding!

Hi Bettina, thanks for the swift response. I am afraid I am a little confused. I do understand the approach for Pages but my last post was in relation to Posts. My understanding is that if i edit a post using tagdiv, it will change the post template. Please advise.

Hello!

If you edit a post with TagDiv Composer, it will change the post template for all posts which share that template.
I hope it’s more understandable now.

Thanks!
