Hello defocusmedia,
Ensure that you are using the latest theme version installed via FTP way, remove all of the untested plugins, clear all the caches and purge all CDN files if you are using something like this. Also, check the system status parameters to be increased according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
