The recipe posts present in the recipe demo were created just for presentation purposes. The top part structure of the post is explained in this topic

The following ingredients list is a simple arrow list

Then there are directions, where dropcaps are used

The video title is a simple heading, followed by the video link pasted in the post content.
You could use this system for creating recipe posts, or maybe consider using a recipe plugin that might have more options.
