Edit Post Template Styles in theme folder manually

I’ve just completed a long-overdue upgrade from v10.x to v12.6. In v10, I had customized several Post Template Styles. To be clear, I am referring to the 13 predefined Post Templates (screenshot: https://ibb.co/Z8H5ThY).

I had added custom code to several of the styles by manually editing their template files in the theme folder. In v10, this would be:
/Newspaper-child/parts/single/loop-single-5.php

In v12, however, the /Newspaper/parts/ directory doesn’t exist and I’m not seeing where I can edit loop-single-5.php (or its v12 equivalent) that controls Style 5 in the WP editor.

I see /Newspaper/loop-single.php, which controls the default template but not any of the files that would control Post Templates 1-13.

Can you point me to the files/directory where I can make these edits?

Thanks!

Hi,

You can find the templates as described in this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-child-theme-support-tutorial/

Thank you!
