How to edit the site width properly so that the content renders as it should be?
I have edited the width of the container in the style.css to 1300px, but my sidebar in a 1/6 (and other content as well) doesn’t look nice.

Unfortunately there is no way to increase the site width without affecting ALL the elements. Every element on the screen is positioned based on the default width. If this is changed you need to edit every element you use and adjust it to the new width. This will be no easy task and will require a bit of time and css knowledge. Unfortunately we cannot offer any custom work at the moment because we work hard on updates, fixes and support. You can hire a freelancer to do it for you if you want from sites like studio.envato.com.
