Edit td-post-author-name class

You mean on the links to the author pages. And I assume you want this for the whole website, and for all author links.

That would require making modifications in the theme files, which will be lost after a theme update. Instead of making modifications, I suggest using a code in the theme panel, that will add nofollow to all the links to author pages at once.

Another way would be to disable the author links, they can be disabled for the modules and for the post pages, in the theme panel. But if you still want to display them, then please try the first solution.
