I am getting edit template option for all Cloud templates except footer one,
I deleted old one and get new one in and also its selected as cloud library template in theme panel

FYI… I tried the trick where you go to manager and select footer… DOES not work. seems like a glitch as I have seen many users complaining about the same issue

By using the website manager you will be able to select your footer and edit it as you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/FIy3J3wUZErA Select the footer and scroll to the bottom of your page, you will be able to see and edit it.
