Edit text content in newspaper 8.5

Hi!

I have just tested the new version 8.5, and really it is very nice. Last week I had many problems using visual composer plugin in your template, but now at least for me, with Tagdiv multipurpose I guess it will be perfect. But, I tried some demos and I can´t edit the text content, I mean I can´t edit the description of the different elements. I don´t have the option at the end, now only appears “save shortcode”. I also watched the promotional video and I could see you can edit the content through “description”, but in my case I dont have available this option.

I was testing the new version out and encountered the same problem.

Hi,

I believe you might be referring to the Hero element, which has an option for a description. This should be present in the general tab of the element

If the composer is not working properly for you, please check the theme system status
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Ask your hosting provider to make modifications to the parameters mentioned, according to the guide. After everything is set properly, please check if the tagDiv composer is working properly.
