Edit with Tag Composer in the page

Good evening, I’m fixing the site after suffering a malware attack that I had a technician fix. I notice that Tag DIV at the top appears on the home page and allows me to manage everything. But this doesn’t come out in the individual articles and so I don’t know how to organize Google’s ADVs. Now I have set them automatically because the Theme Panel sections are limited. How can I insert Div Tags also into individual pages and therefore manage them? Thank you.

Thanks for your help. I read that I need Cloud Library but this is not installed in my WordPress and it doesn’t even appear among the plugins to add. What can I do?
