Editing category links seen in title of Block

How do I change the category of links show in the title of the block?
I’ve been able to adjust which posts show up there, but I can’t seem to find where those links All- Featured – Kayak Trip – Life Experience, etc. can be changed.

The links beside the menu are called an ajax filter in our theme and can be changed from the block settings when editing a block: https://www.screencast.com/t/YMoxbsnysp
