Is there a way to edit the default sidebar? I want to change the header title and the posts they show. They are currently “Hot News” and “Most Popular” from the demo template. Can you edit these blocks similar to how you edit the elements in tagdiv composer? or do I need to create a custom sidebar?

If you want to create a custom sidebar you should do it with TD Composer, using the Widgetized Sidebar element which can be customized from Widgets section from WordPress here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/DW618rQI
