Editing post template

There is a piece of text I want to remove that default displays on all my posts:

I couldn’t figure out where to navigate in the theme or theme panel to remove this text? I imagine somewhere in the post template? Could you direct me?

I checked where you suggested but I don’t have anything written in the Ad Title Area under Inline Ads. Is there somewhere else in the panel where this text might be placed?

(I also all the other ads including checked sidebar ad and those are blank also)
